This second floor (3rd level), 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, waterfront unit includes a jetted tub in the master bath, TV in both bedrooms, and lots of amenities for a fun vacation. From the privacy of your own balcony, you have panoramic views of the Savannah River entrance and the Atlantic Ocean - the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and the beauty of Tybee Island`s sunrises and sunsets. You also have convenient access to the beach and pool area and it`s just a short walk to the tennis courts as well.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

The condo looks just like the pictures. Beautiful spot to enjoy the beach! Quiet area. Check in was easy and we had good communication with the host. My only issues were that the bathroom in the master bedroom was not as clean as it could have been. There were hairs on the floor and in the shower. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner containers were empty which was fine. I had my own but the bottoms were all caked up with the products. I also think the pool could have been open later. It’s still light out at 8pm. I feel like we could have had a couple more hours to swim especially when the pool had lights. Extra trash bags in the kitchen would have been nice also.

We loved our stay at Bay View Villas room 202. It was great to look out and see multiple dolphins playing at almost anytime, passing cargo ships, and shrimp boats. I would suggest that they provide potholders, a pitcher for tea, non- slip rugs in the bathroom. Overall, a great experience.

Fantastic stay at this property. Wonderful location on North end of Tybee, the quieter end! Great view of pool and ocean. Also shrimp boats in the evenings and dolphins and awesome sunsets. We really did not want to leave !
