270 Degree Ocean View

This beach front condo was recently rebuilt in July 2018 and is basically new on the inside including appliances and kitchen.

Located on Lighthouse Point near the famous Tybee Island Lighthouse, you have a 270 degree view of the ocean with Hilton Head, Draufuskie, and Fripp Islands in view. There are no structures blocking your view as the land beside this condominium is owned by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for bird and turtle nesting. This also means it is quiet with lots of nature nearby including deer on the beach.

There are not many places existing like this one where you can see water from every room. With a beach that is growing and building sand dunes, you have a unique setting of sea, sand, and sea oats to surround you.

Located inside the old Fort Screven, you will be in the most exclusive area of the island surrounded by new million dollar homes. This is a quiet part of the beach ideal for relaxation. The complex is gated and has two large swimming pools, baby pool, play ground and lighted tennis courts.

There are new queen-sized beds in the Master bedroom and the guest bedroom along with a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. In the Master bedroom, you can watch the sun come up over the ocean while laying in bed.


Enhanced Cleaning Procedures

After starting back up on May 1st, new cleaning procedures are in place where the normal surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant to include the areas where people come into contact with furniture such as couches, chairs, beds etc. So the whole place is sprayed with disinfectant in one form or another.

In addition, when the cleaning is taking place, being in a high wind zone on the beach, we take advantage of the wind to blow through the condo to do a complete air exchange.

Definitely recommend staying here! Great location with great views. All the amenities you could need. A lot more spacious than what it seems in the photos. Great host who made sure we had all the information we needed and easy to contact.

Peaceful Setting

Beautiful, confortable, welcoming appartment. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time exploring Tybee. We traveled into Savannah twice to participate in a a walking food tour and for a ghost tour. Tybee Island is very easy to navigate by car, bike or golf cart. The beaches are beautiful. The pier is a must see. Becareful where you park your car. Tybee Island police hand out parking tickets like candy!

Amazing views and location

Loved waking up to the ocean view every morning! Enjoyed watching the dolphins, pelicans and other sea birds as well as the ships coming and going. Very peaceful setting.

Wonderful view. Beautiful private beach. No swimming on beach due to submerged hazards but more than adequate pool. Most peaceful, relaxing vacation we've taken. Definitely would love to return.

This is an amazing clean great views condo owner and property management friendly professional and helpful with any and all questions. Only think if you have mobility issues there are alot of stairs to get to the condo on 3rd floor but views are worth it

Knoxville to Tybee Beach

Our first visit to Tybee Beach was absolutely wonderful! The condo's location near the beach made it so easy to take a quick 3-minute walk. The view was simply stunning, and seeing dolphins frequently was an extra special treat. From day one, the owner made sure to check in via text to make sure we were comfortable settling in. His kindness really shone through, and he even helped us get tickets for the Savannah Bananas, going above and beyond. Plus, every restaurant he suggested turned out to be fantastic. This vacation has truly been one of the best we've had in a long time. We're already looking forward to booking this perfect condo again in the future!

Beachfront condo

The beach access was very easy. There are 3 flights of stairs to access the condo, but that was ok for us. We would recommend that the management provide small bottles of toiletries and clean the bathrooms better. Wonderful beach view!

North Beach Marine Life Show

We have visited Tybee several times, usually on the south end. Though I missed the walkability to restaurants and stores, the view from the balcony of this unit is absolutely jaw-dropping gorgeous. Because it was so windy all week, we walked around to the north end of the island where the river is coming out and the water more calm. One day were standing waist deep watching dolphins swimming and pelicans fishing when a manatee stuck it's nose out of the water about forty feet away. It was an amazing wldlife show.

Spectacular View

The view is awesome. Facing directly on Ocean and since it is corner unit you get additional view of the barges coming in/out of the Savannah River. Really something to see at night. The condo was very clean and accomodating. Mindful fact that this is a 3rd floor walk up but it makes for great view. Would recommend and keep on our Tybee list of places to stay.

Great location and view

Our family had a great time! The view and location of the place is perfect! Everything was nice and clean. Steve is super helpful and worked to get us in on a holiday. I appreciate that!! The deck has comfy sitting area to watch the huge ships pass by and the dolphins came around every evening. Nice walk to the beach and was never crowded since it's a bit north of the public beach. Easy access to everything. We rented a golf cart and had an easy time getting around! We definitely would stay there again!!

Everything was great except stairs which was hard for me with copd but I figured it out. The couch was so hard and pull out bed was worse. I slept on floor. Other than these two things it was perfect. We enjoyed beach and ocean point view. great time

Place had a great view of the water. We did notice the coffee pot looked a little dirty, there were dishes in the cabinet that weren't completely clean. We were also disappointed there were no Smart TV Options. Would suggest the purchase of a Smart TV with viewing options. Everything else was great. Thank you.

Fabulous View!

The pictures are absolutely accurate. The views are fabulous! Doesn't matter what the weather is like or what time of day it is...still gorgeous!! Air conditioning works great. Everything you could possibly need is already here. I do not reccomend the food store on the island. Go to Wilmington Island, instead. . Beach and condos were quiet here in September. Weather perfect. Yes, the stairs are a pain, but it is so worth it! Savannah is a short car ride away and so beautiful. Toaster needs replaced, bathroom tile needs replaced someday, and a fan might be nice on porch. None of these suggestions make your vacation here any less of a great time. Thank you for sharing your property.

Beautiful view but disappointed

Just as the pictures show it was a beautiful setting with a beautiful view. The disappointing part was the cleanliness of the unit and a refrigerator that did not work properly. We made two separate calls to the rental company but never got a call back or a maintenance person to fix the issue. We ended up having to keep our perishables in a cooler with ice so they wouldn't go bad!
