Sit on one of your two balconies and enjoy the ocean breezes and sounds of the surf. This beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3½ bath townhouse is located at the north end of the island, close to some of Tybee`s finest restaurants and shops. Luxurious appointments including king size bedding throughout, less than 100 yards to the beach and a swimming pool make this unit ideal for a family vacation.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

The house was well appointed and everything was as listed. The pool area was a little inaccessible but not a problem.

Girl’s trip
The house was perfect for our group. Very spacious and clean. The only bad thing about as there was no beach items. A beach buggy, chairs and umbrella would have been great to have. Can’t really travel with those things unless you drive. Also could use hair dryers. Other than that, it was a great stay.
