"David and Cas offers this quaint 3 bedrooms cottage with all bells and whistles, that no hotel can offer. There was a X-mas tree, toys, books and child friendly plates for my granddaughter as well as a gift of baby ginger-bread cookies. I was surprised with all the inclusions like butter, salt'n'pepper, sauce, honey, washing powder and 2 litres of milk etc. This was my husband and I first time in Stayz and it will not be our last, as my daughter is a regular user."

Communication from Carolyn was great, from my first enquiry about the house to our last day, just before leaving. This is a stunning, characterful house, full of charm and in a great location with an amazing view. It is also a home from home with all the home comforts of washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a piano!! The beds are really comfy with plenty of bedding...

"The house is clean & fully equipped. We had 2 families stayed there & the space was very comfortable with 4 bedrooms to share. The only small complaint is there are some fleas kept on bugging us around the lounge area which we think it was due to those indoor plants. Might need to spray the house with some insect spray to get rid of them. Overall, the house is spacious & plenty of space to enjoy including the sheltered backyard Thank you for a pleasant stay."

My holiday became a nightmare. Inadequate communication from the host, it always me trying to contact the host a day before the arrival date and on the day (we were driving from Melbourne to Adelaide). I tried to call many time but the host did not answer the phone and after sending text messages and...
