Cozy 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Rental House in Two Rivers, Close To Lake Michigan

I am renting a beautiful and cozy downstairs 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment in the heart of Two Rivers. Please be aware that the updtairs apartment could be rented to other guests, although no interior spaces are shared and both units have private entrance. House was recently remodeled and it has new flooring, new bathrooms, new appliances, new light fixtures, new mattresses etc.. House features a backyard with fire pit and chairs along with a BBQ for those warm summer days. The interior is cozy and refined, with a large living area that has an electric chimney and a 50 inch 4K smart TV. The dining area is small yet convenient with seats for 4. The kitchen has all new appliances with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, gas range, fumes extractor, toaster, blender, coffee maker etc.. We have a wide selection of pots and pans along with silverware and glassware for guests comfort and convenience. The bathroom was recently remodeled and features LED lighting with extractor, excellent shower head and always clean fresh towels. The bedrooms and very comfy, one has a queen bedroom set and the other has a full or double bedroom set, clean linens are always provided and in the dresser you will find clean replacement in case needed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans with LED lamps. Guests will have access to the basement laundry with a washer and dryer. Due to specifics of this property we had to set up the electronic lock and thus the main entrance to this unit on the right hand door located on the back of the house.

Quaint and Comfortable
Comfortable home. Had everything as listed. We just ate breakfast there as we were off to watch softball for the day or sightseeing. Would stay there again. Just be aware there is a suite upstairs and the floors creek when the guests up there walk around. We were there for 9 days and only other guests in the suite for the weekend. We are easy going, so it didn't bother us.

Lake Michigan fishing trip
House and property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. All was as described except their is a rental property above that was not disclosed in the listing when the property was booked. We found out less than a week before then trip and were able to make it work.

I messed up our “out” date, again. Rigo and crew were gracious even though we inconvenienced them. This is the first time we used both downstairs rooms (brought a relative with us). Though we’ve stayed upstairs, we prefer down. The new entry system (front for down, back for up) works to reduce stairs for the main floor rental. NO complaints but expect to find lighting in the bathroom too dim for putting on make-up. Everything you need is provided. Everything works. One hitch: accessible outlets in main bedroom are on the wall across from the bed. Not good. Otherwise, all is perfect. Stay here. You’ll love it. Bring an extension cord or two. The Lake is an easy 3 block walk as is the wood press museum & bakery. A killer all around.

Nice place but no privacy
The place was so clean and the location was great , but there was no privacy as I found out that the place was shared ( upstairs was hired to other guests ) and this information was not mentioned in the description of the place. If I knew this information from the beginning, I wouldn’t choose it as I don’t feel comfortable when I share the place with other people that I don’t know. moreover , we were able to hear the movement of the guests upstairs on the floor and the stairs especially at night which made our sleep not comfortable. I wouldn’t choose this place again as long as it is shared with others.

Lovely Home
This VRBO was a great retreat for us. The place was very clean, pleasantly decorated, had plenty of blankets (it is Wisconsin after all), big TV, and was within walking distance of a really good bakery :0) You can even hear Lake Michigan's waves on some days. The owner was easily reached by message and responded quickly.

The house itself was very nice and had a lot of space! We liked how easy it was to get in and out and to park, cook, and hangout in the living room area. The Two Rivers area was cool to look around in too!

The property is fine. Well located, near the lake, convenient to downtown. Upstairs should be carpeted. Guests upstairs clomp around so much it causes glassware to vibrate, and any stay more than a week should know about trash disposal. Could benefit from a vacuum cleaner. I bought knives and a pyrex baking dish which I left, since they were needed if you plan to cook.

Perfect Lakeside Getaway!
This house was perfect for our trip to Whistling Straits Golf Course! A quick and beautiful drive down the lake shore got us where we wanted to be in record time while letting us stay in a quieter town. The location is perfect and so convenient. The house was exactly as described and extremely comfortable! Accessing the house and all the amenities was very easy to do with perfectly clear instructions. The house had everything you could need. I was nervous about noise being so close to the road, but it was perfectly quiet and peaceful every night! There was a guest in the upstairs apartment, but we barely noticed she was up there. Quieter than an apartment neighbor for sure! Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights over the 4th of July weekend. The location is good. The house was clean and comfortable. The portable AC didn't quite reach the bedrooms, but the ceiling fans helped out some. We encountered an issue during our stay, but the owner handled it. We noticed that there weren't drinking glasses or bakeware (cookie sheets), but there were a few pans for cooking. We used the stove but not the oven. The Smart TV was a plus, but there was no cable. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

We’ve stayed at this house twice. It’s a great location for us. It’s an older house, so just like humans, it moans and creaks, especially with the upstairs tenant. The refrigerator is very noisy and the shower water is lukewarm but overall, we’ll stay there again.

The positive: Bed was comfortable Whole house decor was great and cozy Nice location Close to everything Bathroom remodel made it nice The negative: (more of a heads up if you stay here) The upstairs people can be heard pretty well, snoring and all if you want isolated, this isn't the place The shower head is low. At 5'10" the top of the showerhead came to my nose, if you are taller than 6' this may not work The shower does not get warm. It is a great shower head, and an awesome fan, but the water does not get warm enough to be good. The fan sucks out the air so well that you get a constant cold breeze using it. The fridge is noisey for being so close to the bed I really liked the place, the old style was great and the location was great. If I go to TR again, I still would stay with the negatives

Neighborhood home that fits in. Only 3-4 blocks from the lakeshore and path. 5 minutes from downtown; 7 from the beach. GREAT location. House has necessities. Bed is comfortable. Clean and safe.
