"Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center. "Overall it was a good stay, we enjoyed Batumi. The property is right on the beach, a lot of shops and activities around. We had some difficulty to find the place. The area is very crowded, there are 4 blocks under the same address. The office located in the block A, suite 603. After finding the office everything was easy.
