J’ai envoyée un mail après plusieurs tentative d’appel à l’hôtel pour expliquer que c’était la première fois que je réservais sur hôtel.com, je recherchais un hôtel à Meppel en Hollande et l’application m’a dirigé sur un hôtel à plus de 50 km de là et j’ai été dans la précipitation car je ne trouvais pas d’hôtel dans la région et au moment où j’ai eu la confirmation , j’ai vu que c’était en Allemagne , malgré mon mail d’il y a 3 jours et mes appels , je n’ai eu aucun retour , j’ai perdue 95€ !!!! J’espère avoir une meilleure expérience avec hotel.com la prochaine fois !
