"Beware*** Advertised as a 3 bedroom house, which I needed for my children. It is NOT a 3 bedroom house. If you are willing to go outside in the winter, walk to the separate garage and stay in the uninsulated bedroom over the garage without a bathroom and without water, then you have a third bedroom.
