The property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the first aid kit was a nice addition. The street the house is on is quiet with little traffic and its location made it easy to access key points around Sudbury (5 min to groceries/pharmacy, 15 min to Science North). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house."

"The safety of my motorcycle was a concern for the owner, so I parked it elsewhere. The living room consisted of a kitchen table 4 kitchen table chairs and a TV. Bed was very comfortable. No air conditioning and bedroom window screen had to significant holes, so I kept the window closed to avoid insects. "
