The hotel property and our room was clean. The pool and hot tub was exceptionally clean. The mexican restaurant on-site was really good. The staff was professional and kind. Stater Brothers was in walking distance. Aside from the traffic noise (which affected my sleep) it was a nice place to stay. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant overall, except for a minor issue with housekeeping. We stayed in a room for three people and requested a daily change of towels, but one set of towels was missing each day. Fortunately, the front desk staff were friendly and responded promptly, ensuring we received the missing towels right away. It was a small inconvenience, and we had a great experience overall.

Fast check in. Friendly Front Desk. Please have more than one person at front desk. It was busy and guy was being helpful but he was stressed out. I would to. Super close to stores and restaurants. 10 min from Joshua Tree. Will stay there again

Room had microwave and refrigerator and coffeemaker, all of which were a plus. The Mexican restaurant in the hotel was good. Also, there is a grocery store immediately next door (walkable). Bedside lighting in the room was very good. Price was reasonable for the area. Very convenient to Joshua Tree National Park entrance. A special shout out to the front desk worker who very pleasantly, quickly and efficiently fixed a problem with our room service.

Room had poor sound insulation from adjacent rooms. Carpets were filthy not shampooed in years. There were holes in my bed linens. Window had only a very thin curtain which would not block out the sun or prevent people from seeing you in your room at night if you had the light on.. Bathroom was clean and well maintained.
