Desert get away
We had an amazing time relaxing and enjoying the hot tub and looking at all of the beautiful stars. Great place to get away for a week.

The outside spaces in this hind really stole the show for our group. Starting off the new year watching the stars from the hot tub and waking up to the stunning views from the back windows made for a truly fabulous stay. The location was a great way to experience the natural environment while still being close to Joshua tree and getting to explore the town & park.If you plan on cooking we did need to plan on some extra’s like paper towels and napkins as those were not included in the rental but the kitchen was otherwise well equipped.We had 5 people staying and would have needed to run to the laundry mat if we had stayed any longer as there were only enough towels for each of us to shower and use the hot tub.These were minor concerns during what was a beautiful stay with comfortable beds, clean space and a yard I wish I could have packed and taken home with me!

Beautiful location, needs some maintence & upkeep
Armine & Dale were responsive, kind, and professional. There were concerns with the hot tub, garbage disposal, safety of outdoor furniture (wooden Adirondacks are likely not safe to sit on). The kitchen needs a deep clean. There were some other little things. With all of that said, the responsiveness of Armine & Dale, the location near JTNP (our reason for being there), the cleanliness of the bedrooms and bathrooms (which was perfect) would make me say that i would be very willing to come back. to sit on)

Great desert spot

Clean, comfortable base to explore Joshua Tree
Great location near the park entrance, but on quiet edge of town. The home was clean and cute, but a little sparse and impersonal. No dressers in the smaller bedrooms. The hot tub was huge and clean and great at night. Comfy beds. No laundry on site, which was stated in the listing, but a bit of a bummer. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Twentynine Palms
Great location. close to town but with a real sense of privacy and seclusion. The house was comfortable and well-appointed and had what we needed and when it was needed. Hot tub was wonderful on star-filled nights as the lights from the marine base twinkled on the horizon. We had fun.

Great Joshua Tree home
Great home base for our visit to Joshua Tree. Close to the park as well as other modern amenities. Not too far off the beaten path, but still lots of privacy. Large home with large rooms. Open layout made it feel light and airy. Backyard was open yet private and the hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. The outdoor seating was comfortable and accommodating to a group atmosphere. The host was easy to contact, and quick to respond. Overall great stay.

Great short stay!
We were only there a couple of days, but the place was great. Clean, plenty of room, and a beautiful view from the back yard. The owner/manager was quick to respond when we texted them and even helped me out with an item left behind after we checked out. Will definitely stay again when we go back!

Perfect!
Everything about this property is perfect! Location, communication, cleanliness, comfort. Home is laid out beautifully and the decor is inviting and pretty. Bathrooms are fabulous with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Nice amenities made our stay so enjoyable. Cannot think of a thing to change and would rebook in a heartbeat if I ever return to the area.

Beautiful Oasis in the Desert
Everything was perfect!! The house is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The homeowner was very attentive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our short stay. After traveling the PCH for 9 days, this was a wonderful spot for some downtime and to recharge. I wish we could stay longer. I would highly recommend this house for your stay.

Beautiful home, carefully curated for comfort and ease. We enjoyed the beautiful views from inside the house and out with unrestricted views of the valley below. We enjoyed the swing seats and garden. AC kept the place very comfortable (very important for a desert home). Host was very responsive the entire trip. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Desert Retreat
We had an amazing stay at this lovely property. Right near the 29 Palms entrance to the Joshua Tree park where all the best spots are, and a short drive into town. Host was very helpful and communicative, and made every effort to ensure our trip was amazing. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Home Away From Home
This home was a perfect place to get away from the city lights and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature! This place was perfect for kids, the hosts were even nice enough to leave toys for our little one. The house had extra bedding and it was very clean. We brought our own pans and dishes, but the house was stocked with all the necessities you’ll need to cook. I think my favorite part was the backyard, it was relaxing and very secluded. The night time skies were too beautiful for a picture to catch. I will definitely bring my family back here again. It was a perfect way for me to celebrate my graduation with my little ones.

Loved the proximity to Joshua Tree NP, the home was cozy, well furnished, pretty cacti gardens out back. 6 acres looking out on the desert and mountains, wonderful hot tub, private enough. Bed and bedding very cozy! Communication with property owner very helpful.

We (two families with 4 kids ages 3-7) had a great time at this house! The indoor swing, the outdoor space.hot tub were awesome for our crew. Big table for us all to eat at night and lots of cooking in the kitchen. And super close to the park for lots of rock scrambling. A very nice layout where the adults could talk with this kids still being in earshot/sight.

We had to check in late due to previous party exiting late. We acquiesced to folding our own towels from the dryer so prop mgr could leave. House was pretty clean. Location is spectacular; beautiful sunrise and sunset and nice and close to park entrance. Very quiet neighborhood. Grounds need some serious attention. Weedy and unkempt. Spa was not very clean; apparently had not been serviced in recent history.

Late March Joshua Tree NP trip
The property was wonderful and in a great location in Twenty Nine Palms, CA. Several restaurants were within 5 minutes and Joshua Tree NP was about 10 mins away. The property was accurately described, and everything was in good working order. In addition to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there was a separate dining room, large living room and kitchen. The backyard setting was beautiful and included a fire pit with chairs, sofa and chairs under a roof, and the wonderful hot tub. The view of the stars and mountains to the north were breathtaking. It was a great experience all around and we would love to stay here again if the opportunity calls. Thank you!!
