A living area complete with comfy chairs, 2 powerful ceiling fans and a Smart TV with live TV apps. A kitchenette including a toaster & kettle. Downstairs shower room and toilet with seperate basin.
There is also a twin bedroom, perfect for kids, leading on to a kids TV and play room. This also has a 6th bed - a fold out copy Queen bed (on request only).

Alfresco dining space with plenty of seating options.

Pub sized pool table to the side of house, complete with a comfy sofa and lighting.

Next the pool is a brand new studio, complete with Queen bed, powerful ceiling fan and beautiful Ensuite.
UPSTAIRS
You will find bright and breezy upstairs open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar & AC. Access on to the verandah where you can take in the Ocean breezes and cook up a BBQ or lounge around in the deck chairs, whilst reading a book.
Family bathroom complete with bath, shower & laundry facilities.
The front bedroom is beautifully styled and has a queen bed, built in robes, powerful ceiling fans and access on to the verandah.
The back, 'Pink' bedroom has a double bed, built in closet, ceiling fan and block out blind.
All bedrooms have comfy high quality mattresses and linen.
All bathrooms have eco friendly big bottle toiletries for use during your stay.

Entire house is yours for use.
Please note that there is parking for 1 large car on the driveway and free street parking.
We are at the end of a Cul De Sac and where the primary school have one of their entrance/access points so 2 x a day during the school term it can get a little busy with parents doing the daily drop off and pick ups.

Cabarita Beach is a coastal hamlet stretching along northern New South Wales’ Tweed Coast, known for its surf beaches and laid-back charm. Enjoy the local community atmosphere or watch professionals riding the waves. Backing onto protected wetlands and coastal reserves, Cabarita Beach is surrounded by magnificent natural scenery and is a popular spot for wildlife watching.
Stroll down the village’s waterfront promenade and visit local shops and boutiques. Make your way to the water’s edge directly in front of town to reach the broad sandy expanse of Main Beach. Stretch out on the golden sand or swim in the section of the beach patrolled by the local surf lifesaving club.
If the swell is pumping, seasoned surfers wax their boards and take on Cabarita Beach’s notorious waves & Norries Point. Time your visit with one of the regional surf competitions or carnivals. Watch as competitors perform tricks as they carve through the waves. Fishing competitions are also popular local events. Devoted anglers from all over New South Wales and Queensland try to hook the biggest tailor at June’s Greenback Tailor Fishing Competition.
Enjoy some hearty local fare at Cabarita Beach’s waterfront pub. Alternatively, use the picnic tables and barbecue facilities in the shoreline park and have a freshly grilled meal while appreciating fantastic views over the Pacific Ocean. Check out the perspective along the Tweed Coast from Norries Head and look for migrating whales in the cooler months. Explore the coastal heathland along the shoreline reserve or try birdwatching in the nearby wetlands of Cudgen Lake.
