"Centrally located with easy access to mall, food options, bank and available transportation. Overall hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The pool area didn’t have any umbrellas which would have been nice and the gym didn’t have any circulation causing extreme heat when more than 1 person was working out. Would stay again if made those minor adjustments. "

"Please tip housekeepers, they do an awesome job! This place is conveniently located near Parque de la marimba n other nearby attractions. Transportation is easy, although I would suggest Uber instead of taxis or any other public transportation. Five stars for this hotel. Rooms are a bit outdated but overall is a beautiful hotel, nice pool to kill the heat"

"Nice hotel with a pool and restarant. Not close enough to walking so used taxi. Very nice tour of the Grajalva river canyon and Chiapas de Chorzo with Alfredo who has a booth in the lobby and also provides taxi service."

"Lo único negativo es que las habitaciones son algo antiguas. Les hace falta renovarlas. Pero la atención del personal, la limpieza, la ubicación del Hotel y los negocios cercanos lo compensan sobremanera. Soy un cliente satisfecho y regresaré al hotel."

"Me gusto el hotel por el precio pero algunos puntos que se deben corregirse. El estacionamiento es muy dificil. El refri suena "Tak Tak" a veces y nos sorpendio al dormir. El papel higienico no se disuelve y no baja. El agua de regadero huele muy raro quiza azufre o suciedad. Al bajar el agua del inodoro huele a orina bastante. Los trabajadores eran amables y serviciales. Era bueno por el precio."

"El hotel está bien ubicado a 2 cuadras del parque de la marimba, donde encontrarán varios restaurantes y tiendas para artesanías así como cafés, marimba de miércoles a domingo creo empieza a las 6 pm, también hay un autobús doble (double decker) con excursión alrededor de Tuxtla que sale de este mismo parque. La habitación está sencilla pero limpia y con aire acondicionado, el staff fue muy agradable y nos ayudó mucho. El desayunó buffet es muy rico y varía todos los días aunque no tiene...

"Se nos fue la luz, así que reservamos una habitación aquí a última hora. Este lugar es fantástico. El servicio es excelente, las habitaciones y el desayuno son excelentes. Incluso pusieron una cuna en la habitación para nuestro hijo de cuatro meses. Un ambiente muy tranquilo y acogedor. Volveremos. El desayuno estuvo delicioso. "
