A friend and I stayed 4 nights. Positives: 1. Very clean room 2. Very comfortable mattress and pillows 3. Location excellent 4. Restaurants serve good food 5. Wireless internet worked perfectly 6. Shuttle to and from airport was great Negatives: 1. Difficult to find entrance to hotel, which actually requires walking 200+ yards from the shuttle drop-off point; there were no signs and no bellboys from Crowne Plaza there. 2. Once hotel entrance is found, difficult to find reception area, hidden behind elevators and only manned by one person (and occasionally by one assistant who doesn't do much). Always a queue there. This was the most irritating aspect of this hotel. 3. "Light breakfast" ordered in room was charged a la carte rates, and didn't include all that we ordered. Arrived on time, though. 4. Upon checkout the amount we had prepaid via Expedia was included in our bill. 5. Hot water wasn't available on 3 of our 8 showers there 6. Phone message retrieval didn't work and required several calls to tech support 7. 5/8 of the time (2 keys, 4 nights) our magnetic room keys didn't work and required us to stand in line at the reception 8. Shampoo and body lotion weren't replaced even when we left empty containers in sink; coffee packs weren't replaced on last day. 9. Check small print of 2 water bottles left in bathroom. One is free, the other is billed 500% of street price 10. Non-green hotel. No offer to allow guests to reuse towels; actually, no bath towel hangers anywhere.
