the property was fine. there was some construction on the property and the noise was not pleasant. a comfortable chair was lacking in the room. however the pool and surrounding patio was nice and enjoyable. the staff was great.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Jose at the front and Jose from the cafeteria were very detailed with their service. I felt extremely safe at this hotel and would definitely stay again.

I booked this trip to treat my family to a relaxing weekend. We faced an unpleasant welcoming from the staff, who had an elitist attitude towards us. They were unfriendly and very impolite. The room was not pleasant due to the cleanliness. White lines looked very unclean, with yellow stains all over. The only positive was the good location of the hotel.

We stayed the night. Food was good. Rooms were nice but not very clean. The floor made our feet brown with dirt. Staff was nice and if you want pool towels take ID with you.

The hotel has a great architectural design and is a gorgeous background for some cool pictures. The lifts work with a magnetic card, so that's good for safety and security. The rooms are spacious and have decent amenities. The location is conveniently located about 20 minutes on foot to downtown and a 10/15 minute drive or 20 minute bis ride to the beach. The buses go right by the hotel.

En general todo muy bien y muy cómodo. Sólo recomiendo trabajar en el mantenimiento detallado de las habitaciones como ajuste de las regaderas, esquinas y partes de desgaste de los muebles y accesorios, pequeños detalles de pintura y plomería. Están a tiempo de que no se conviertan en un problema. Pero bueno, sólo es por ser quisquilloso, en realidad todo bien.

Todo resultó muy bien, quizás sólo falta ser más estrictos en los detalles, como por ejemplo las regaderas chocan un poco con las puertas de cristal y ello provoca que se deterioren ambas cosas. Un pecado menor que me tocó, fue el mantenimiento de la piscina, que se supone, en esta semana (24 al 28 de septiembre) estaría completado. Por lo demás, todo bien.
