Summary:
Attached to the main residence of Waiparore, the Apartment enjoys stunning views of steeply terraced farmland, native bush, and the world-renowned Poor Knights Islands.

The Space:
This self-contained haven is perfect for up to four guests, featuring two super king bedrooms with ensuites. There is a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue for all your culinary needs, SKY TV and WIFI for your entertainment, laundry access, and an outdoor patio with a dining table and sun loungers.

We provide luxury bed linen, bathroom and beach towels, bath robes, toiletries, and store cupboard essentials to get you started, including nespresso pods, tea bags, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper and firewood.

The property is set on a 120-acre private estate that we welcome you to explore and enjoy. Roam the vineyards and olive groves, capture memorable moments with our friendly donkeys, picnic at our beachside cabana, or swim in our indoor pool or Waiparore Cove.

Tutukaka Marina, shops, and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive down the road, while the stunning Matapouri and Whale Bays are an equal distance in the other direction.
