"We loved the little village of Cromford and we may of overlooked it if we hadn’t stayed here. Cafes and a couple of pubs within walking distance. We were worried about parking with it being Easter, but it wasn’t an issue. It was a great place to stay to explore the Peak District. Cannot fault the hosts, we had everything we needed plus a couple added extras always welcome after a long drive !! "

"We booked the cottage for a week's stay whike work was being done on our home. It was a real home from home too. Everything's there, including electric blankets to warm the beds. Although thd heating kept the cottage toasty, we turned most off except living room and bathroom. Loved the log burner too, a real focal point. Internet provided was good, a bonus as the phone signal there is poor, as is most of the local area due to hills etc. Would certainly recommend."

"An absolutely charming property in a beautiful location. We feel so fortunate to have stayed here — and indeed liked it so much we extended our stay! The barn conversion is stunning. The interior design is the perfect marriage of form and function. And the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. This is the perfect country retreat if you want to curl up with a book by a log fire. "Wonderful stone converted coach house, very cosy, helpful owner, lots of bits and bobs in the cupboards, everything thought of, good sized rooms too… great facilities and a huge amount of logs and kindling supplied for the wood burner. Heating system worked brilliantly when we needed it as we were snowed in last two days. The perfect place to walk from direct, We found wonderful walks from our doorstep. Very peaceful and quiet setting. Highly recommended - thanks Nigel!"
