Not impressed. There was very limited parking and the spots that they did have seem to be taken by “long term” tenants who would block them with cones. The room itself was dirty and the “remodel” looked like someone just put new caulking over top the old in the bathroom. The shower was disgusting and there was virtually no hot water.

This Motel 6 is nothing fancy, but what Motel 6 is? I stay here regularly because the staff is very friendly, efficient check in and the location is near old town Tustin where you can walk to restaurants and bars.

I have three stars because of 1 parking. I have a big truck and space is limited. During check in they didn’t warn me of the tight corner to exit. 2 the water in the shower was warm, not hot. To the point where it was kind of chilly getting in. Also I’m not a tall guy by any means, the shower head was only 5’. It came to my chin. I had to duck down to wash my hair. Positive, the workers who checked me in were really nice, the rooms were clean.

A very clean room. The location is ideal for freeways and food options as well. In a quiet little area in Tustin very close to Irvine, and a short drive to the beach. Will add this to my list of go-to spots when I'm in the area.
