"We had the most amazing trip. The cottage is cute and cozy and had all the basic amenities we needed. The view out the front window was beautiful and peaceful. Enjoyed looking out by the fire and drinking our coffee every morning. Great location and not far from town for the needed grocery runs etc. It was a relaxing trip and we enjoyed our time on the trails. We are already planning our next trip back up to enjoy some spring summer and fall fun. Hank and Heather were excellent hosts. "

"The cottage had 3 spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a gas grill. It has a private beach located on the beautiful Muskegon River. The owner had a great suggestion for tubing down the river which my party all enjoyed thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a secluded waterfront getaway!"

"My husband and I came up for our first time and really enjoyed our stay. The town was nice, the trails were amazing only complaint is the living room and one bedroom of the house were cold. We couldn’t seem to get them warm enough to use them. Need an electric fireplace or something to keep it warm and cozy. "

"House was nice and new updated, but missing some basic: cleaning supplies, plunger, end tables in bedrooms. Disappointed front yard was not mowed and thistles were growing over onto dock. Perfect for pets that front yard is fenced in, but be careful as the house is next to the highway. Very noisy. I loved the hot tub and having laundry on site. The lake was nice, very small and muck bottom. "

"2 families chose to get away to the cabin for a weekend of skiing, family-time and hanging out. This was the perfect location! Comfy beds, amazing kitchen, awesome linens and great decor. All in all a perfect vacation. We’ve been coming to the area for the last 10 years and this is our favourite place by far.
