"The customer service provided was exceptional. Jessica when above and beyond our expectations in facilitating our arrival form the US, including transport to the hotel. The property is in decent condition but we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Although the hotel was kind enough to allow us to change rooms, cleanliness was a major issue for us. Hence my reason for giving 3 stars. I would say this is a good and affordable hotel to stay."
