"Loved to hotel and area but the one thing that bothered me was the fact that there was NO lid on the toilet and the towels are hung right over it. Being a germaphob, it brought down my score but I would totally stay there again once they get the lids. Also, I had a do not disturb on the door but it was ignored and housekeeping entered which violated my privacy. I spoke to the owner about both these issues and he understood and apologized. "

"Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and plenty of towels. Breakfast is wonderful. Wide assortment of food both hot and baked. We would definitely stay again. "

"We had an amazing 1night stay in West Hazelton, Pa. This Comfort Inn has one of the best complimentary breakfasts & has its own in house restaurant & bar. They give out all kinds of comp snacks & bottles of water. When traveling through Pennsylvania we always make a habit to stop at this hotel. I recommend it to all travelers & honestly give this one a 5 Star rating!👍"
