This home has 6-bedrooms and 5.5 baths. It can sleep 13-15 guests, with the ability to sleep 28 for an extra charge. For larger groups, extra beds will be brought in, and the office area can be converted into a sleeping space. Be sure to enter the correct number of people for an accurate quote. Bama Lakeside Retreat is 10 miles south of the stadium and the perfect escape from the chaos of normal life! Our amenities make your stay at the retreat the ideal lodging in Tuscaloosa for your vacation or family gathering. The home has a Bama Game Room full of fun for the whole family! There is a pool table, air hockey table, assorted toys and games, and an indoor swimming pool! The house also has a large outdoor pool, fire pit swing area, kayaks, boats, and much more!

The outdoor space at Bama Lakeside Retreat is the highlight of this home! Besides the gorgeous outdoor pool and slide there is also a playground with a slide and rock climbing wall. There is also large seating area with swings and a fire pit. And of course the lake is right outside in the backyard with a dock for your convenience.

Parking:
Up to 12 vehicles are allowed at this property, upon written permission from Bama Vacation Rentals Management.

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the exterior and interior pool area. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*The optional Twin XL beds are NOT made up unless requested, and payment of a $25 fee per bed. It is not set up unless requested VIA our sleeping arrangement form, upon booking.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
