"The host ended up being extremely kind but we never received any communication or confirmation from the host after booking. Our rental was paid in full at the time of booking and we received confirmation from VRBO about our upcoming stay (address, etc) but no response from our host when I sent her a couple different messages. The day we arrived, we tried calling the host and got no answer but we randomly ran into her on the street near the rental. She apologized and said she was having issues...

"This apartment is so beautiful. Marina has lovely taste in decor and design. We appreciated the space this apartment offered for our group of 5. The location is good, not far from the city centre, beach and restaurants. Marina was so helpful, she picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off at the train station upon departure. "My daughter, Son-in-law and I stayed in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in Pescara. The home was an apartment in a gated building with a garden. The unit was clean, host met us at checkin and checkout, and it was a 20 minute walk to Pescara’s train station and Centro."

"We enjoyed the property very much. The elevator is a nice touch. The property manager was extremely nice and helpful. Could hear the neighbors television at night but they lowered it once we wrote them a note and slipped it under the door. Overall a very nice place in a very nice town."
