"There was too much perfume in the air from electric diffusers. In the room as well as in the Lobby and the hallway upstairs. These " Air fresheners" are very harmful to your health new studies show. Many people are allergic. "This is a charming hotel in the perfect location for exploring this pretty town. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The covered roof terrace is a bonus and offers fabulous views of the town. A good selection of breakfast options are available. Communication with the hotel before I arrived and throughout my stay was excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Monica kindly arranged my coffee tour for Finca El Carmen, which I would also recommend....

"Very authentic experience. We really enjoyed the town and the accommodations were beautiful. Whenever we ran out of something we notified the owners and they provided whatever we needed right away. The beds were comfortable and we did not lose power even when there was a terrible storm (this was not the case in other places we stayed while visiting El Salvador). The town offers lots of delicious food, great shopping, and we felt safe walking around the park with our children, even late at night....
