This comfortable and spacious 85 sq.mt apartment is located on the second floor of a period building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled) and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults.

CICINA: habitable with dining area, equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, moka pot, plates, glasses and cutlery.
BEDROOM 1: has a double bed and wardrobe
BEDROOM 2: with a double bed (which can be divided into 2 singles) and a single bed
BATHROOM: with walk-in shower and bidet.
The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including: WiFi, independent heating with the boiler and thermostat, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, a cot for babies, high chair for small children.
Bed linen and towels provided on arrival.

Access for guests

Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.

Other things to keep in mind

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
- between 9.30 pm and 11.00 pm: € 25
- between 23.00 and 24. 00: € 30
- after 24.00: € 40
