The well soundproofed apartment is located on the second floor of a building with lift in the heart of the Borgo Dora district, a stone's throw from the Balon market and Piazza della Repubblica. Great location for walking around the historic center!

★ LIVING ROOM: sitting area with relaxation corner, double sofa bed and dining area. Split AC.

★ KITCHENETTE: equipped with 2 gas burners, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle

★ BATHROOM: with toilet, bidet and shower.

★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: 2 balconies, second TV in the living room, unlimited WIFI, central heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, burglar-proof windows, safe and anti-theft system.
Free parking for motorbikes and bicycles in the shared courtyard.

Guest access
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND TO PICK UP THE KEYS AT 11.00, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late checkout if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11 on the day of check-out, if there are no other guests entering. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
