The room was very small and could use some renovations. However, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast, which was included, was excellent — definitely 5 stars!

Location was very good. 15 min to spanish steps.5 mintues to park. It was a bit pricey for what they offered. I was surprised that breakfast wasn't included for that price. Also, beds weren't really queen sized. More like 2 double beds. The gym downstairs were only 2 machines and it was inconvenient to use. I had to ask a staff to come down and open door. Spa portion of gym wasn't included but it was just a small pool and a lounge chair. Would not pay for spa there.

"Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels ..."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed there, the first time for my cousins. It’s a lovely B&B, beautiful views of Rome in the distance. Walkable to the center of town very safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough for this lovely place to stay in Tivoli. Bellissimo!"
