"Loved our family winter escape to merimbula. The house was just as described and the location was perfect for us. House was plenty big enough for our family of 6 (with teenage kids). Location easy access to boardwalk and nice walking distance to town and main beach. Views were stunning very quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed."

The wooden sliding door to the bunk bed room did not slide easily. The single beds bed room was rather musty/dusty and there were small crawling insects that kept being found on the bed that was situated under the window. "We had a beautiful stay at Beachfront Escape. The house is very clean and well spec'd as you'd expect for this type of property.A very short walk to the beach. About 200m left along the sand to the patrolled flags. A short walk to coffee and fish and chips.Tech access in the house is very easy and we had the sonos system working with no trouble at all.The kitchen is well equipped, if there were more than three of us, I'd have probably needed a few more platters.This house does not have air...

"We spent 4 days in Pambula Beach at this property. The location is on the cliff so views are great. But this house is so dirty and uncared for that it cast a shadow over our stay, knowing that after enjoying the beautiful outdoor we had to return to it. It is dog friendly which probably accounts for the piles of blond hair under the furniture. The kitchen is not fully equipped; there is no dishwasher which I don't mind but it means that your dishes are only as clean as the last visitors left...

"Spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen (no oven). The bed was just ok and would have been better if it was a king - there certainly is room for one. We didn’t like the pokey shower which was hard to get into and was a bit claustrophobic. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was lovely. Walking distance to the golf club for dinner was good but you had to drive to Merimbula or Pambula for good restaurants. "
