Very friendly staff. No problem to communicate in English at all. The place is nice with lots of amenities, such as playgrounds, soccer field, swimming pool, etc. Make sure you bring your own stuff, though, because linens and what not are not included and if you need them, you will need to pay a fee. So does renting a remote control for the air conditioner. We ended up paying 50 euro more for one night. Will definitely go back and bring our own stuff next time.

If I could give 0 star I would! The site is covered in cat poo, the children's climbing frame smells of wee and has cat poo all over the equipment and floor. Our “superior” mobile home resembles anything but superior. God knows what the standard looks like. The whole site resembles a refugee camp. Decking is uneven and dirty. Safety locks don’t lock close, toilet seats broken, sliding doors coming off rollers. Generally don’t have anything positive to say apart from the fact we left after a few hours and checked into an alternative hotel! The staff were rude and aggressive when politely speaking to them about our concerns. Was promised the money back when on the phone to the site owner. However had to claim this through Expedia. Only for this to now be denied and the only refund we have received is a £25 coupon! Honestly avoid unless you want to waste your money on a site that is unhygienic and resembles a refugee camp!!

Great campsite, beautiful location and not crowded. Lovely pool, good playground and beautiful beach and lakeside area. Port at 1 minute walk with ferries to Isola Maggiore, Passignano and Castiglione. Tuoro train station at 5 minutes walk, so Perugia and Arezzo at 30 minutes. Albeit few trains stop at Tuoro. Two supermarkets at 10 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant; hard to persuade the children to leave the campsite. Overall, excellent and would consider going again!

Our stay on Lake Trasameno was in outdoor setting on the lake shore so the elements were real. Our accommodations were 7 person cabins which included cooking facilities, toilet, shower and H&C running water. Very adequate for our price range.
