"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place is running a SCAM!!!! I stayed here 2 nights with my family and it has been an absolute nightmare! First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apartment. Then after checking in, bringing in our bags and dogs, the man insisted to come in our apartment to “controllare” our stuff and see our dogs. "The 4 nights we spent in Montepulciano in the Dell'Erbe apartment were the favourite part of our 2.5 week trip. We loved being in the historic city centre. Parking in the P6 lot was fairly convenient for doing day trips. We found so many good restaurants in Montepulciano that we could easily walk to. Francy was very responsive and helpful. All in all it was a fabulous experience. We hope to return!"
