Truthfully, this hotel was a disaster. It could be just the timing. Tunisia isn't warm in April. The hotel staff (most of them) were not friendly except the breakfast server and cleaning ladies. The rest acted as though they did you favors. I paid all inclusive and there were no shampoos/gels/soaps or any of that. The shisha was horrible and whoever selects the menu clearly loves an overdose on carbs.

Half the hotel was unused and dark ,we were put in a section far away from the reception ,the door was hard to close and lock . when we checked in I noticed a squished moth on the bathroom floor ,needles to say I stayed 8 nights and when I checked out it was still on the floor . our room had an unpleasant odor . we asked to change rooms but we're told there were none available . we needed our lightbulb changed in our bathroom were told they would do it ,we went out and came back to still no light after having to come back again and say something they came to change it . we took breakfast once and only once . it was not buffett and you did not get your choice . I've stayed here before and it was never like this .

The place is right by the beach, I loved walking on the shores in white sands. The place is a delapidated place. Wifi doesn't exist. It is far from any city and hard to get to and from.

... As the hotel is located near the beach, with a very nice garden, nice pool, very good food, it should be a nice hotel. But the attitude of the reception staff and the bar staff was bad. The hotel was almost empty, with very little guests. But the staff was not interested in working. They only spoke Arabish at the bar and a little bit of French. Very noisy because of a discotheque nearby. And bad smell outside.

Needs to be closed down!
Dirty, low class hotel in need of major over haul. The place is in such a need of repair after numerous years of neglect, it's not sure how it could even start to improve. Animation team never approached our family once, and other staff was slow to offer any type of the simplest assistance. I didn't trust any food to be eaten by my children after seeing the filth of the eating area and serving tables. Security team had conflict of intense entertaining prositutes in rooms set aside for such purpose- looked to be a regular thing going on there. Just lovely for those of us there on vacation with children. Gross on every account!!

Probably wont go back
Price is good, the pool area is very nice. My TV didn't work, the food was poor and in general the hotel/rooms require updating/maintenance. I have stayed there in the past and although there was definite room for improvement, I went back. Now, I think the overall quality has degraded and don't plan to go back.

Closed before I even got there!?
I arrived at the hotel from the airport. It was quite a distance. I was then told by a security guy that the hotel was closed. I was not contacted by the hotel at all but they made space available to me in the hotel across the street. Why was I even able to book the hotel in the first place??? I don't know anything about the hotel because I didn't actually stay there. I just know that it is quite far from the center of Tunis.

A great family resort, not ideal for couples
Overall, it was a great resort. It was very family-friendly, which wasn't what we were really looking for as a couple. Nonetheless, the beach and pool were great, which is what we were looking for. The staff were certainly nice, but when it came to giving information on how to go and visit surrounding attractions (Carthage, Sidi Bou Said), they were not very knowledgeable. As well, some of the bits in the 'guide book' were out of date, and the staff did not necessarily stick to their schedules on when different services would be open/closed. Although to be fair, it was the end of Ramadan and they probably were short-staffed. I would go back, certainly if I had kids, as there was a lot of kid-related activities.

TV was not working and Air condition without remote and the room was having bad smell. it was not one of my best 2 night but the stuff was very helpful. I loved this hotel as a place put the maintenance was not the best. BR Adam

Rooms and facilities were dirty. Poor hospitality. Employees trying to aggressively get me to spend 30 Euros on quads and massages and other activities. Wireless Internet never worked - and staff not seeming to care or be helpful. Food no good. Noisy.

avoid this hotel it shouldn't even be proposed on hotels.com not even called caribean world locally only known as "dar nawar" so took ages to find then no parking space dirty and dangerous nothing good in there dont go there!!!
