"Great hotel in a beautiful location. Large room with good kitchenette complete with oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. Room was larger than expected. Nice sauna facilities. Only downside is it is a ways in the valley (about a 20 minute drive). "

"Nice but did not like the hidden 50 Euros charge for “cleaning after”! especially when I opened the sofa bed there was some insect poo indicating the sofa bed had not been used neither cleaned for awhile. This charge should have been included in the whole price when I saw a property on Expedia. "The apartment was fairly small with no sitting room or area, just bedroom with tv, kitchen/ dining room and bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful but we had 2 oroblems there. We couldn't get the cooker to work, it wouldn’t turn up or down, the alarm was always going off when we hadn't set it and then the whole cooker turned off and wouldn't reset. If you spilt water on the hob it went iff, if you wiped the cooker it went off. The owner was very helpful over it but we struggled to...

"Aangenaam verrast door dit appartement. Alles was er om er een fijne week te verblijven. De skibus stopte 50 meter van het appartement en kwam zeer vaak op een dag waardoor we nooit lang moesten wachten. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. We kregen nog een aandenken bij het vertrek, wat de eigenares nog kwam brengen toen we buiten en vertrekkensklaar stonden. Kortom: hele fijne plek, in de rust en toch dichtbij het drukke Solden. Aanrader! Enige minpunt misschien: slechts 4 messen, 4 lepels en 4 vorken...

"The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

Grrat hotel

"We were able to check in early on day of arrival. We had a double superior room with a wraparound balcony, which had a fabulous view of the valley both directions. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower, room was very clean with remote control operated blinds on outside to shade it from the sun. Breakfast looked superb but didnt eat there on this occasion. Room was cleaned daily. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, we hope to return in the future."

"This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. From the ornate exterior to the finely furnished hallways and bedrooms wrought in finely carved wood. Against the backdrop of the Tyrolean mountains and the quaint village of Zirl, this hotel is a must if you’re in the area. Plus, the in-house restaurant, Restaurant Maximilian, was absolutely exquisite—Try the beef tartare, treat yourself! "

"This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "
