Spacious and good value for money
Lovely spacious room (2 single, 1 queen room). Recently renovated and new decor is nice. 30 second walk to beach. Only constructive feedback is that the grounds are so nice and large that it would be nice to have a pool on-site.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a week. Well equipped and located within a short walk to facilities, beach and cycling/walking paths. Very clean unit and common bbq facilities. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

our cabin was all self contained, everything was there just to relax and enjoy our stay. Our hosts great but sad to know that although they have been responsible for this award winning accommodation for 30 years, they are leaving. Hopefully the next owners will continue this great place.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and newly renovated with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was original but newly painted and clean. The bed was comfortable. The unit was very spacious. I had no problems with the accommodation.

Outstanding stay. Everything you need is in the apartment could not fault it. The only thing I could say was the clock battery must have been kaput. Highly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Tumby we will certainly be back.

Overall experience was nice, property owner communicated quite well, house was also clean and tidy and location was near to Tumby Bay beach. But we have noticed bad wifi data connection which created some issues for us. Thanks to Property Owner for warm welcome with Christmas goodies :-)

We stayed at the Modra’s Appartments in June 2023 The staff were friendly and very helpful. The appartments complex was dated but were clean and comfortable. The main room included the kitchen, lounge and bedroom all in one. The bed was comfortable and shower was good. The seperate bathroom had a washing machine and dryer which was handy. Each apartment had its own car parking spot at the side door. It was adequate for a short term stay.
