Welcome to Innovators Home Tulsa located in Regency Park! We hope that you enjoy your stay as we are committed to making this your best one yet! This home has been accommodated to hopefully meet your every need in hopes you choose us again. Have questions? Send us a message through the app! We are happy to answer your every question and meet any need or concern you may have. Located in Tulsa there are infinite places to see an enjoy! Down the street is Union Stadium and Woodland Hills Mall!

The space
There is one camera in the front of the home used strictly for the security of our guests as well as passcode lock on the front door for your safety. Each room has its own lock for your privacy.

*There are absolutely no cameras inside the home as we respect your privacy.*

Each room has its own TV where you are able to watch Netflix, Hulu and other channels please use the “Guest” Account.

-We have a first aid kit available to you if needed.

***You will be sent an access code the day of your booking and the morning of your check-in that will be active for you during your stay, with this code you will be able to freely leave and return just using that code***

We also have an Pack-N-Play!

Additional rules
Minimum age to book is 21 years of age.

We always welcome pets and have a spacious backyard, we just ask that you please be mindful in helping us keep clean by using baggies to dispose of their feces. Failure to dispose of feces from backyard will results in an additional $50 fee.
Dishes to be washed prior to check-out.

Refrigerator to be cleaned out prior to check-out or this will add an additional cleaning fee as we clean the home ourselves.

Check-out is at 10AM.

Should there be smoking or parties proven to have occurred this will result in additional cleaning fees ranging from $500. This does not include the fee for any damages to the home.

Furniture to not be moved or rearranged.

No hair coloring in bathrooms or any area of the home.

Late check-out $25/hour and beginning at scheduled check-out.
If there are additional people staying and this is not communicated prior to check-in, there will be an additional charge of $150/person/night to the card on file.
-Any physical damages to home will result in additional charges.

Great location, very comfy, amazing for the dogs!
This was such a great stay! Had all the amenities we needed, our dogs loved it, our family enjoyed the stay! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, etc. We were in town for the World Axe Throwing Championship, and the centralized location made it a breeze to get anywhere we needed! Would absolutely stay again if in Tulsa!

Great spacious house
We really enjoyed our stay. The living room was very spacious as well as the 3 large bedrooms and walk in closets. My husband easily was able to work at the desk in the master bedroom. We had brought our dogs and there was plenty of room for the kennels. We do travel with our dogs frequently, so we prefer a fenced in backyard. There were other dogs behind this property as well as next door, so the dogs do bark but because we also have dogs, they didn't bother us. We come to Tulsa to visit family, and this was a great house to stay in. It was also located fairly near our family which made it even more convenient.

BEST OF THE BEST
Mayra and Jorge were an extreme pleasure to work with. The home was very well appointed, fenced back yard and wonderful open indoor space. I had a really crazy, fluid situation. They went way out of the way to help me. A super great property and fabulous hosts.

Golf weekend success
The 2 fellows had a grand weekend. Location was key with close proximity to the 2 golf clubs they enjoyed. No complaints and Jorge's response time is faster than the speed of light. Thank you Jorge.

Had a good stay. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Place was good for families, plenty of room and the coffee was a much needed touch 😎 Will add that a mop would be a good item to provide in case of small messes (especially with pets or kids!) Just a piece of advice for others that may stay in the future with pets. There are dogs to the back and side of the property. We did have a small issue with the neighbors dogs getting through their fence trying to get to our frenchies.

Weekend Stay in Tulsa
Loved staying in this home. Kids and families in the neighborhood. Very nice. Great to have a house with 3 bedroom, nice large yard. Nice dinner area where we spent most of our time talking and sharing meals. Nice comfy living room. Property managers were very responsive to questions and request. The back sliding door is difficult. We would stay here again.

Sister getaway
The bathrooms in this property were well stock with everything except extra toilet paper. After the first roll, we were expected to buy our own. For the price of this property, I think it should have been included should we have needed it. Same with paper towels, you are expected to buy anything after the first roll. The kitchen was not as well stocked. We had to go purchase a pitcher for iced tea. We left it at the property.....so you are welcome future guests ;-) All the empty cabinets and drawers gave off an unwelcoming vibe. I have stayed at cleaner VRBOs. Spiders were also an issue. Unusual noises outside the house and in the neighborhood were unsettling at night. There was no live TV so one of our planned activities of kicking back on the couch to watch the game on Saturday was not an option. If you don't have your own Netflix, Prime, or other streaming services, don't expect TV or movies to be your evening entertainment. We didn't like this because the purpose of choosing a VRBO over a hotel is so that we can all relax in the same room to watch a movie or sports etc. We avoided the patio door due to the previous reviews so I am unsure if that problem had been resolved. On a positive note, the living room area was roomy and had plenty of comfy furniture without being overcrowded. Would have been a great place to hang out and watch the game had live TV been available. I would give this property a C+ or at best a B-" rating.
