Neighborhood is great. Very calm and very close to gathering place. As a local it takes me 15 - 20 min to walk to it. It may take you a little longer 😉

This home is vintage. It’s been here for many years. We have done some updates on it but it still keeps its smell from the past and brings you back to older times. I hope you enjoy it. It is great price for such a large home.
This home isn’t for people with special necessities or for folks with allergies as it is very old home and sometimes special vintage smell may affect them.

This was just perfect for us. Central Tulsa area made it very accessible for every part of town. Loved having the 4 bedrooms! Eva was very responsive.......will stay again for sure!
We were in Tulsa for an officials training camp and needed a place for my crew. The location was perfect and we were all able to stay together and each have our own space. Beds were comfortable and everything was in the area we needed was close and convenient! Perfect for all!
Looking for a stylish, homey and clean place to stay? Look no further. My stay in Tulsa wouldn’t have been complete without this home. I loved this place! I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. Easy to find in the neighborhood & in a great spot. Checking out was just as easy as checking in, very smooth process. The managing group really understands travel, strives for the best experience possible and it shows.
This home was extremely welcoming and warm!
Tv in all the larger rooms offering Netflix and more. The house was full of everything we needed.
Very welcoming neighbors and owners. They are amazing host. I will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Dallas.
We wanted a four bedroom house with a good location and a good price. This one fit the bill. The website described it perfectly. It is an older house, but we did not notice any unpleasant odors. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Communication, check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We were happy with this selection.
The property was just as advertised. It was close to food eateries, Walmart, the interstate. We enjoyed spending time in the living area watching television and playing games in between moving my daughter into her new place. The kitchen was well equipped and accommodating. There was a nice area in the back but we weren’t able to enjoy because of the weather. The only downside to the property was that the washer and dryer were in the garage and it was below freezing some days. The property manager was very thoughtful and checked on us throughout our stay and called to offer suggestions for activities. I look forward to booking here again soon

Older home with a lot of bad odors
This is an older house with a lot of odor (mold and sewer) that someone has attempted to flip and did a very poor job. There are no electrical outlets in the hall bathroom and the master has one outlet on the light fixture that will not hold the cord in place. Overall the home lacks electric outlets. There is an extension cord running from the TV in the living area down the hall to an outlet. The stove and oven are from at least the 70s/80s. The online VRBO check in says 4pm and check out says 11 am but I received an email the day of check in saying 5pm check in and 10 am check out. All this was last minute and we were already in route. On the day of check out the trash in the trashcan outside was already over flowing, so we couldn't take out our trash. I will not stay in the home again.
It was an amazing stay. It was comfortable for everyone and we enjoyed our time! Although, there were some imperfections to the house. The stove didn’t work fully enough to cook certain things we were prepared to cook. The restroom as well at checkin was not working. Someone was sent out quickly to fix it and were gladly appreciative of that! Other than that everything went great as planned and we look forward to doing business with you again soon!

Just Okay
I really don’t like giving negative reviews but I have to address a few things. The a/c needs to be replaced or something it never dropped below 73 even though the thermostat was on 66 when we got there. The house has a lot of charm and has been updated somewhat but the bathrooms need updating too. It was about 11:30 before we got settled in to realize the ceiling fan in the bedroom we were in was on low. I contacted the host and was told to look for a remote or chain on the fan. When I told her I couldn’t find the remote and there was not chain she told me there are extra fans in some of the other bedroom closets. The next day I just happen to be in the room where I could see behind the tv and there was the fan remote in a hold on the wall. I would think the host should know where the remote is and tell you where it is. Overall the house ok for a short stay but they need to do something about the a/c for sure.
AC worked well and we just needed a place for while ours was worked on. The place was clean and worked out well for us

Mixed review
I feel like there are some things potential renters need to be more obviously aware of. Either they weren't stated at all, or it was so discreet that it wasn't easily known.
1-walked in late after it was dark and couldn't figure out how to turn the light on in the bedroom closest to the kitchen. Switched all light switches, looked for string to pull on fan, went to turn on lamp and the little knob on the lamp was missing, so you couldn't even turn the lamp on. My son thought to switch out that lamp with one from the living room so there was at least some light. The next day we discovered there is a remote attached to the wall behind the TV that looks from a distance like it operates the fan. It probably does. But it also has a remote button to turn the fan light on. Very poor design to turn on the main bedroom light, on a remote kind of hidden out of site behind the large TV.
2- This was a pretty big issue. We were there for a wedding, which means at some point ladies are fixing will be using hair dryers, flat irons, curling irons and the like for a dressy affair. I was shocked beyond shock that NEITHER of the two bathrooms have any outlets in them. My mom had to find an extension cord and plug in her curling iron in her bedroom and try to use a small decorative mirror on the wall to try to fix her hair. I had to do the same thing when she was done. I have been in many old and remodeled homes and have NEVER seen a bathroom with zero outlets, much less both bathrooms.
