Filled with canopy-filtered light and every comfortable amenity, this private apartment is your quiet escape in the heart of midtown. Elegantly situated close to downtown, equally accessible to the Philbrook, Brookside, Cherry Street, and Utica Square, you will not find a more convenient corner in all of this lovely city.

When you are not enjoying one of the nearby restaurants, the kitchen is stocked to prepare a quiet meal in. Easily walk or bike to several of Tulsa’s most cherished parks.

The second story apartment is detached from the main house in a beautiful, historic neighborhood. The southern view is fully windowed, overlooking the neighborhood canopy. The new build is well-appointed, comfortable, and immensely private. Featuring a queen bed and a queen sofa bed and a private bedroom, this is a perfect spot for a romantic getaway, a small group or family retreat, or a single soul seeking solitude.

The apartment is detached from the main house. You may park on the right side of the driveway, leaving the left side open for the residents. To the right of the garage is stairway access to the apartment and deck.
