Zach Bryan concert
We were in town for a Zach Bryan concert and loved this little cottage ! It was the perfect spot for us and our 2 kids - very clean , cozy and the location was great . Truly enjoyed our little stay - and they enjoyed the flavored syrups by the coffee bar :)Thank y’all !!!

Great location
Overall this is a nice little house. Money has been spent to upgrade the inside and make it comfortable. I just wish the same could be said about the outside. You can tell it has been neglected for a while. From having to tighten screws on the front door handle so it didn’t fall off to a fence being down in the back yard to not latch on the fence, one day spent could turn this one into something special.

Cute house in a great neighborhood
We came to Tulsa because my husband was racing in the BMX grand nationals. House was clean, comfy, and super cute. It’s an older home that’s been updated, so keep that in mind when booking. I love the charm of an older home but understand not everyone does. The neighborhood is beautiful and quaint. Check out Pie Hole Pizza and Bill and Ruth’s sandwich shop.

Gingerbread Cottage
My sister and I were in Tulsa for Braums Affair of the Heart. Great location to the Expo Center. Minutes from Cherry Street and amazing restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. I highly recommend Smoke Woodfire Grill. The house is 3 bedroom 2 bath which was perfect with having two women trying to get dressed to go out. The beds were so comfortable. The house was very cleaned and stocked with anything you needed to prepare a meal. Very cozy living and dining area. Would definitely stay here again. We felt very safe in this area as well.

Well appointed home - very cozy and charming. Close to shops and restaurants and Route 66. I enjoyed it very much for a short getaway from a busy life.

Very convenient to Utica and great communication
Property owner was great to communicate with and the area was safe and very convenient to everything in Utica Square! We were even able to check in early! Just a note that there is only one shower and only a tub in the second bathroom. Bedding was very comfortable and everything was clean!

Beautiful home and neighborhood close to University of Tulsa
We were in town for move in at University of Tulsa and could not have asked for a better stay. The home is beautiful, clean and stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and absolutely gorgeous. The University is just a few minutes away. Hoping we can stay again soon!

My family and I were in town for a memorial service. This cute house prodivided us with the space and down time needed. The coffee bar is great!The updated master-bath is a complete spa experience. Book it - you won't regret.

Beautiful House in a Nice Neighborhood
We really enjoyed staying in this house! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was close to many activities but yet it was in a nice neighborhood; we didnt even feel like we were in Tulsa! The owner was very responsive to all messages I sent. We were very pleased with our visit and would like to come back again sometime!

Perfect
We came in with our son and 2 of his friends for college visits. We wanted a "home base" rather than moving between multiple locations. This house was so adorable and well kept. It has all the comforts of home and felt like you were staying in a familiar, comfy place. Great location, easy to get to pretty much everything. The host responded so quickly to any questions we had. Awesome experience and perfect for what we needed!
