With four bedrooms, two living spaces, and an open-concept kitchen, you can't go wrong with this home away from home! Accommodates 10+ people! Imagine day outings to the Sequoia National Park where you can experience the world's largest trees, iconic hikes, and most majestic mountains, or fishing at nearby Kaweah Lake!

Located near Tulare Golf Course, the Horizon Outlet Mall, and many coffee shops and restaurants. Tulare is a great place to stay while you're here in California!   Perfect for bridesmaids or wedding guests because of the size, photo opportunities, and many nearby venues! In town on a work contract? The four bedrooms and pull out sofa are perfect for you and four of your co-workers, and way more convenient than a hotel.  The spa , BBQ, and fire pit in the fenced backyard are the cherry on top! GREAT newer neighborhood, one of Tulare's best!  Relax with a bottle of wine, take a leisurely walk around the block, or take off for a quick day trip to Sequoia National Park, Kings Canyon National Park, or to famous central California coast, just two hours away!

The Space

Great for tourists, travel nurses, World Ag Expo exhibitors, families visiting the valley, or those wanting to explore all of California through day trips.  We are located directly between San Francisco and Los Angeles, and at the base of both the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Visit sequoiashuttle.com for shuttle options into the park.  Tulare is truly the heart of California! There are four bedrooms, each featuring new linens and memory foam mattresses: Bedroom 1) two twin beds. 2) queen bed. 3) two full beds. 4) king bed with attached bathroom.  There are two living spaces, each with a Smart TV. One of the living spaces has a pull-out sofa for more sleeping space. You can really sleep 11-12 people here if there are 2 people per full-size bed, but we think it would be a little cramped.  There is a spa, propane BBQ, and fire pit with extra seating in the backyard.  A small cooler and s'mores sticks are provided for your convenience!

Neighborhood

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just north of an area called "Sunrise Estates", was built in 2008 as a model home, and remodeled in 2023. It is located within minutes to the entrance of Highway 99, Mooney Blvd, and there is a Super Target, and several restaurants nearby (within minutes driving distance). Have the kids with you? Walk to Sunrise Park!

House Rules

1. Communication is key! Check-in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 10, but more kids would be able to fit if needed, just let us know. Animals require a $100 non-refundable pet fee. 2 well-behaved dogs max. Dogs must have their own kennel/sleeping arrangement. Please pick up after your pet.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, spa, fire pit, etc.) and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember.  We'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Be a good neighbor! Please park the correct way on the street and don't block anyone's driveway. Keep quiet hours in mind.  Thank you!
