I was minutes from both the visitors centre and the Cathedral. The hotel immaculate throughout the staff were always incredibly helpful. Bar prices were reasonable too. "

"Friendly at réception desk on arrival. However I was told I'd have to pay an extra £ 20 to check in at noon so we could change for a 1 pm wedding. Overall the hotel is rather sad. Room was large, and bed comfortable, but the decor throughout the hotel needed sprucing up and updating: it looked very corporate 90s with chipping paint, faded and worn carpets. Bathroom had mold around the shower."
