Amazing location, right in the heart of the old town. Everything was within walking distance. The suite is bright, clean and hosts are quiet and courteous living above. We were pleased to find complimentary beverages in the fridge as well as a bookshelf of sight-seeing brochures. Just gorgeous - we highly recommend to anyone.

Schöne Wohnung
Super schöne Wohnung am Rande der Altstadt von Tübingen. Nach wenigen Metern ist man direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und für den ersten Abend standen auch schon Getränke kühl. 😀 Bestens geeigenet auch mit kleinen Kindern. Der PKW stellplatz reicht gut für einen Passat und ist in den engen Straßen auch zwingend notwendig. Gerne wieder!

Schönes Apartment in zentraler Altstadtlage
Schönes, geräumiges Apartment in zentraler Lage in Tübingens Altstadt. Der schmale Parkplatz neben dem Haus ist optimal. Das Auto haben wir während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gebraucht, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet, einzig ein Backofen fehlt. Das Bad ist großzügig, mit ebenerdiger Dusche, WC, modernem Waschtisch und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine sehr schöne Zeit in Tübingen verbracht. Vielen Dank an Fam. Franke, gerne wieder!

Ferienwohnung in Tübingen
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und zentral. Die Vermieter sehr nett. Es handelt sich um ein Altbau, dass heißt, man bekommt auch was von den Mitbewohnern im Haus mit. Uns hat dass nicht gestört, sollte man aber wissen. Die Dusche ist sehr rutschig, mein Mann ist darin am letzten Tag ausgerutscht. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Gerade die zentrale Lage und der Parkplatz am Haus sind ein großes Plus. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Immaculate and cozy, this is place is perfect. The street was quiet, and yet you are such a short walk from the lovely town center. The Franke family was easy to communicate with, and the check-in was seamless. When we visit Tübingen again, this is the place we’ll stay (and it’s the first place I’d recommend to friends).

Zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig
Seht zentralgelegene Ferienwohnung, trotzdem ruhig. Ausstattung in Ordnung. Für vier Personen wäre etwas mehr Stauraum (ein weiterer Schrank im Wohnzimmer zum Beispiel) klasse. Zusammengefasst absolut empfehlenswert!

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und lässt an nichts vermissen. Gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, bietet die Wohnung den idealen Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos, Fragen wurden prompt und freundlich beantwortet.

Sehr schöne und perfekt gelegene Wohnung.
Zentral (Altstadt) gelegene schöne Wohnung, nette Vermieter und gut eingerichtet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein Backofen sicherlich wünschenswert - bei unserem Kurztrip haben wir ihn allerdings nicht vermisst .

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig, toller Kurzurlaub.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Familie Franke sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekt war die sehr zentrale Lage, so dass wir während des gesamten Aufenthaltes das Auto stehen lassen konnten. Von Vorteil war hier auch der vorhandene Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Badezimmer geräumig/schön und auf dem Sofa konnte man den Abend perfekt ausklingen lassen. Der Kontakt mit Frau Franke verlief ebenfalls sehr nett, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich, alternativ wäre aber auch die Entnahme per Code aus dem Schlüsselkasten möglich gewesen, so dass Alles sehr unkompliziert ist. Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. 100%ige Weiterempfehlung!

Unser Aufenthalt in Tübingen hätte kaum besser sein können.
Die Wohnung bei Familie Franke in einem charmanten Altbau war für uns ideal - geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, und im Herzen der Altstadt, bloss fünf Minuten zu Fuss vom Marktplatz entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es ruhig und die Atmosphäre entspannt und erholsam. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Apartamento ótimo, localização fantástica, tranquilo e extremamente confortável. Especialmente atendeu todas nossas necessidades pois o utilizamos em função de pós-operatório de nossa filha. Sendo térreo e espaçoso, utilizamos cadeira de rodas sem nenhuma dificuldade. Contamos com a atenção e o carinho de Júlia e seu esposo o tempo todo. Obrigada, muito bom estar com vocês.
