Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with spilt floor plan in dog-friendly and gated community. Condo is nestled away on the 2nd floor in the north corner of this gated complex and the building abuts the Loews Ventana Resort Golf course. Very private and quiet. Great mountain views just outside the condo, and mountain views from kitchen window and 2nd bedroom. The floor plan is an open concept with kitchen, dining room and living room all open with 890 square feet of living.

Enjoy two heated resort style pools and hot tubs as well as 24/7 fitness center. Minutes from some of the best hiking and biking that Tucson has to offer. This condo is less than 5 minutes from Sabino Canyon and less than 5 minutes from Ventana Canyon. Plenty of golf and tennis nearby, walking distance from several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, hair and nail salon and pilates studio. Biking enthusiasts from around the world come to Tucson to train in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains.

Drive 45 minutes Northeast and you will be on the top of Mount Lemmon which has a totally different feel. Go from the desert sands landscape to the mountain pines and enjoy temperatures that are 20 to 30 degrees cooler. You will climb to some of the highest peaks in the region.

Spring Retreat
Second floor condo in great neighborhood. Thank goodness it was a fairly cool March because a couple of the windows were missing the screens which kept air flow to a minimum. Also, there was veranda or porch but no chairs to sit on. Went to Walmart and purchased 2 inexpensive folding chairs. Other minor issues as well, such as a constant leak in the master bath tub and no drain stopper in the kitchen sink. We are experienced renters and used to such inconveiences.
