Escape the winter to Green Valley with unobstructed mountain views! This charming property features 3 bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and a cozy futon. With a Chef's kitchen and tons of entertainment space, this house can comfortably sleep 6 adults. With amenities like WiFi, and AC, guests can unwind and relax and watch the the best sunsets as you see the colors reflect off the mountains change. Truly magical. Fall in love with Green Valley and enjoy the magic it has to offer. As a guest, you will have full access to Green Valley Recreation. Numerous pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, paddleball and tennis courts, educational opportunities and entertainment / concert venues are just a few that can be included with your guest pass (for a small nominal fee; see the GVREC website for further details). Currently, this house is listed for sale. It's a brand new build. To rent this house, you will need to commit to renting for at least a 4 month period during the winter season (ex. November to February; December to March; January to April). If renting prior to November, 7 days is the shortest time. This is a 55 and older community. There are restrictions on children's length of stay and the utilization of Green Valley Rec / Pools.
