Room was okay clean. Outside needed some attention weeds growing everywhere overgrown shrubs. A little attention to small things do make a difference

When we arrived the lobby was locked and desk agent wouldn't let us in the lobby (it was not late). Had to checkin through a small side window that only allowed space to slide my ID and CC through. Immediately made it feel like this might not be a safe area. The man who checked us in made a paper copy of my ID and scanned my CC. He was not friendly or welcoming in any way. The room had an odd smell. Bed linens and towels were dirty. Yellow spots on the sheets, what looked like makeup or dirt on the pillow, and brownish bits of dirt on the washcloth. Toilet was filthy and obviously not scrubbed or cleaned. I would not recommend this motel.

The location is good but there anything in a decent walking area. What it is is a clean low cost place to sleep. No coffee in the rooms, no extras. If all you want is a clean place to sleep this is a good place

I’ve stayed here twice for the Duct Tape Drag event in Tucson. I was alone so I wasn’t expecting anything special, just a place to sleep and shower. The room was clean, the ac worked, and the bed was stiff. The location is odd because it’s off the freeway access road. If you like swimming, you cant! It’s cemented in. Overall I was looking to save money, not hang out here.

It was fine, no frills and the price was good. The only issue was when I called in the person didn't speak English well and could not answer my questions about late check in so i had to interrupt my plans and go check in t make sure I would be able to get in later that evening.

The service is poor and the owner is rude. After check in, I found the tub has no plug so I went to front desk and asked for one. I was told "you don't need it". I explained that I need to wash my socks daily. The owner said to me "use the washing machine". I said "that is something required for a good rating". The owner shouted "don't threaten me !"
