RESORT LUXURY OASIS PEACEFUL HOME-6BDRS 8BD 3 BT-PET friendly GARDEN HEATED POOL

Beautiful and elegant home placed in an exclusive and peaceful neighborhood in the Vail District, located near the city exits of Tucson. It offers many amenities such a big ga, huge and beautiful garden, BBQ zone, trampoline, playground, a contemporary Jacuzzi, a big gas heated pool, if your vacation is when the weather is cold, heating the pool has a fee depending on the number of days you stay in the house, two fireplace and more. It offers wide and open spaces with good vibes. Safety is one of its main characteristics as well and once you arrive, you will not want to leave! You are very welcome to bring your pet and there would be $150 one time fee, per pet; I will provide a bed for the dog and the containers for food and water. The dog is not allowed in the pool or on beds or any furniture.

Please note that absolutely no parties of any kind are allowed and the total number of occupants (overnight and guest visitor) can not exceed 15 people without prior approval.

The house is surrounded by 6 cameras outside the property for our safety. The first camera is the door bell, the second camera is located in the pool area, the third one is in the main balcony pointed to the pool area, the four is pointed to the back door patio and the fifth is pointed to the trampoline and the six one is on the driveway.

Couldn’t have been any better! Yazmin is a fantastic and attentive host! The home is lovely, clean, with every amenity you would need. Plenty of room, and wonderful pool and hot tub. We had 7 adults and 6 kids (ages 5 to 9), and everyone had a super time at this property.

A great fit for the extended family: Grandma and Grampa, 3 daughters, 2 husbands as and 6 grands, aged 1 to 8. The pool, trampoline, foosball and yard games were perfect . And the house was just beautiful.

Great Family Vacation!
Our family (10 adults, 3 kids under 3) visited in March 2024. The house was amazing and just as the listing described. We loved the bedrooms on both level so the families with kids could be on one level. The yard is beautiful - the photos do not do it justice. It is a little far from some touristy stuff but so worth it to be in a nice quiet neighborhood in an amazing house with a beautiful yard.

Very family oriented place to stay
I highly recommend this location. The house provided many amenities (pool, jacuzzi, yard games, multiple relaxation areas, etc. It is a beautiful home inside and out. We had some issues on trying to cast to the tv to watch our church service.The light sensors were nice, but sometimes didn’t seem to work quite right unless it was operator error.

Family Christmas Vacation
This property was ideal for our family getaway. We had 11 people total - 6 adults and 5 kids. The kids enjoyed the pool and outdoor activities so much we had to pull them away to do some local sightseeing ( which they also enjoyed tremendously, once we got there). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked and there was plenty of table and seating for numerous games and a jigsaw puzzle! Yazmin was very prompt and kind with all communication and questions. We would recommend this property highly!

The perfect place for family of all ages
This property is not to be missed. The home was just as advertised. We were a group of 12 and there were so many beautiful outside and inside areas to spread out for individual privacy, getting a little work done and relaxing. The house was so amazing, that we had little need to communicate with our fabulous Yazmin, but she responded immediately with the few questions we had. We picked this location due to its proximity to Saguaro National Park. The house is 2O minutes from the East entrance and about 45 to the west. It was perfect.

Amazing and beautiful
We were a group of 7 women gathering for a reunion where we met 30 years at our study abroad orientation in Tucson. This home provided the space for us to have long conversations and have fun together. The house is perfect. Beautiful grounds, lots of outdoor space, the pool was lovely, and the house was clean, well stocked with all the kitchen essentials. The beds were very comfortable. Yasmin was an absolutely amazing host who made us feel welcomed. She was very responsive to questions and accommodating. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat.
