CLEANING.

We have gone Beyond Covid -19 protocol !! We use both a product called In-Cide ( sold at Home Depot ) as well as wipe everything down with a hospital cradle sanitizing agent that kills Covid 19 and other known viruses in 10 minutes after contact. We’ve changed our checkin time to 4 pm and the place is aired out for hrs before cleaner even goes in. Everything is washed in the hottest longest cycle the washer! We’ve had no issues at all. We provide hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap as well for all our properties.

We feel certain that we are providing a safe place for our guests to stay and have received the same feedback from guests

Little Pink Casita
The casita was just right for the two of us. We appreciated the backyard patio and enjoyed a peaceful breakfast out there. Taylor was great when we had a TV issue the last night of our stay. He came right over as soon as we called him. The only negative was the big step into the shower.

I was visiting Tucson for a national dog event and brought my two small dogs with me. The house was perfect for us. I liked the back yard for early and late potty breaks in the dark.

Good value & location
We visited Tucson to celebrate my granddaughter's 21st birthday and stayed at the Casita. We had received information that the Casita had a queen size bed which turned out to be a full size bed, only about 80% as big as a queen. The full size mattress was also extremely soft and we tended to roll from the sides to the center which made sleeping the first night rather uncomfortable. The bed being too small for us, we decided to use the sofa bed for one of us, only to find out there were no linens available as advertised. We had to request them and when they finally came, they were in the original plastic wrapping which gave a distinctly unpleasant odor to them, so we had to wash them at my granddaughter's apartment before using them for the third night. We also received information that a washer and dryer were available; they weren’t. The best thing about the stay was the rear patio. We wound up getting takeout from our granddaughter's favorite restaurants and having leisurely quiet dinners on the patio every night which we thoroughly enjoyed. The Casita was very clean and convenient to the University area. We had no need to cook, but the kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. We would certainly consider returning if we ever visit Tucson again.

Ideally located casita
We came to visit Saguaro National Park and were very impressed with how the casita was very much in the city but still easy to get to the park. We were only five minutes away from a Walmart and restaurants too. We didn’t get to sit outside in the back due to pouring rain, but everything inside was just as we had hoped!

Central Tucson location
We came for UofA Homecoming. This central location allowed us to easily visit family on the E side, W side, join others for dinner in the NE, and be close to the University activities. The property far exceeded expectations while traveling with pets.

Not what advertised
We hate to complain, the hosts were very accommodating to our changes in dates but the property was average. There were dirty pans in the oven, the shower was clogged and there was no washer and dryer as stated in the amenities. We ran out of clothes. Also quite a few cockroaches, they nested in the door frame so chirped all night and day as well as in the kitchen.

I was in Tucson for a UofA event with my daughter. This was the perfect cottage for the weekend. It is well appointed and clean when I arrived. Taylor and Yuko are great hosts. Very responsive. I’d stay here again (we also booked the adjoining house for the family for graduation weekend).

Best Kept Secret In Tucson
We cant say enough about this little gem of a casita. Its so quiet, peaceful, and private. Its just the right size for 2 people. The back yard was perfect for a BBQ at home. It is walking distance from a CVS and McDonalds and just far enough from main roads that you cant hear the traffic. We loved it

Extremely disappointed
The property looked clean on the surface however, there were hairs (not mine) on the bed pillows and I encountered several large cockroaches my first morning there. I immediately packed up and contacted the owner for a refund. While the owner was responsive at first, I still have not received $116.61 of the promised full refund. I have contacted VRBO several times and they claim that the host is not being responsive and VRBO can not issue the remainder of the refund. In addition to the uncleanliness of the casita, I also had the added stress of having to find a new place to stay - all while trying to move my child on to campus from out of state.

Cute cottage
This vrbo rental was very clean, newly updated and tastefully decorated. Neighborhood is a mix of homes from some needing refurbishing to large and small homes that look great. Felt safe in the neighborhood. About maybe 1 mile walk to the downtown historical district. Pictures are quite accurate. The yard is cute. Only one thing we were quite disappointed about was, the backyard has a propane fire pit that we were were looking forward to use a couple nights that we were there, with the weather being so nice and the propane tank was empty. We didn’t know until the first evening looking to use it. Notified the manager and he said they would have it filled the next day or we could and they would reimburse us. It didn’t get filled the next day and we did not do it as we did not feel that we should have had to do it. If this is unimportant for your stay, no worries. Still, We would stay here again.
