This mid century home is located on a beautiful hill top acre featuring amazing city views that stretch across Oro Valley 45 miles to a distant view of Picacho peak. On the other side are stellar views of Pusch Ridge and the Catalina mountains, so close, you'll feel as if you can touch them. Bask in the jacuzzi while taking in the beautiful scenery. Walk or drive through the neighborhood to the Pima Canyon trail head. Shopping and restaurants are just below this hill top location.

Family Getaway
It alway nice to stay in this property. We feel like it's our home away from home. Its clean, spacious and the pool and jacuzzi are amazing. We will be staying here again on our next staycation.

Excellent home away from home.
This was perfect for our family, enough space for all! From a 4-year old to a high school graduate, to a parent, to grandparents, we all had our own space and still plenty of together time. Ted is, by far, the best host!!! Beautiful sunset views from the pool and hot tub.

Perfect home and perfect location!
So happy with our stay here. Beautiful well-appointed home had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub in the cool spring evenings. Sat by the pool in the sun in the mornings. Used the grill which was awesome to have. And the location- easy drive to Dove Mountain and Tono Chul gardens. Great to have many restaurants/groceries so close by. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Perfect Family Vacation House
I don’t think I could say more positive things about our stay at Suffolk. The location was central to our adventures and the house was awesome with the pool, jacuzzi and the views of the nearby mountains, all with privacy. If you have a medium sized family looking for a relaxing home base, Suffolk Hills is the one for you. Ted is also a good dude, he’ll fix you up right!

We had a great time during our visit in Tucson the house was awesome. It exceeded our expectations, very roomy. We enjoyed the multiple areas outside sitting areas. The beds were com, the house was clean and well appointed for cooking. The location was perfect and very convenient. Ted was extremely responsive with a couple of questions we had while we stayed. I recommend this property.

Beautiful Stay!
We booked this place for a covid safe trip to take our children on before all the stress of starting virtual school. I can see why this place is always booked. Its quiet, the views are amazing, pool area is beautiful, and the house is clean, and cozy. We made some great memories with our kids at this stay. Not one problem!

Wonderful place!
7 best girlfriends spent our week here and loved every minute! The home and outdoor spaces were perfect. Too bad the weather did t allow us to spend a lot of time out by the pool 😢. We loved the big dining area for playing games and cards and each bedroom had comfortable beds! Will definitely rent from Ted again!

Decompression getaway
Spectacular views and nonstop swimming in the Catalina foothills. Despite the summer heat, we were able to relax, swim and enjoy the amazing views and incredible wildlife. Ted was extremely helpful, and even when we had an issue, his responses were immediate. Can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend this home, property, and scenery
Our family of 7 stayed here for 2-days in May. There were no concerns of space as this property is very spacious. When we arrived, we had to reach out to the owner as we had a question and he replied within minutes and was very responsive. We actually changed around our vacation plans for one of the days and stayed at the home enjoying the pool and the amenities of the property. If we ever make it back to Tucson, we will absolutely stay here again and I would recommend this property to anyone.

Convenient Location
The Royal Suffolk is very convenient to most anything you want to do in Tucson. Three miles to the Loop bike trail, less than a mile to the Pima Canyon trailhead and convenient to many other excellent hikes, five minutes to three major grocery stores and decent restaurants. The heated pool was usable but not heated in Feb-Mar. The hot tub was a welcome retreat after a 6-mile hike or 40 mile bike ride.

What a great home, host, and location in the Tucson area
The four bedrooms were obviously more than we needed with just my husband, our two Labs and me for a month. But we loved having room to spread out. The backyard is very user-friendly for dogs to go out and also to go a few steps downstairs into the pool area (which, frankly, looks like something out of a small resort). The views of the mountains are amazing. Ted was THE most receptive host we have ever encountered, as he made sure we had all the creature comforts of a real home for the entire month. He is a gem with whom to work! We will definitely go back again!!

Great Getaway in Tucson
We had a great time using this house as a home base for hiking around the area. The location is nearby groceries and great restaurants. The house is great and the views during the day and night are amazing. Everything is well stocked. Our only issue was that the pool was freezing and unusable for our kids. This wasn't a huge concern, as they still enjoyed sitting by the pool and the hot tub was still very usable. We would certainly consider staying here again if we ever find ourselves back in the area.

Fantastic way to end winter
We live in Colorado and were done with snow and cold weather. We stayed for two weeks and loved the transition to summer. The property was very clean and spacious. The check in process was very easy and all communication with the property owner was faster than we have had at any other place we have stayed. The private deck and pool area were daily places for us to relax after a day of golf, biking and hiking and was a perfect setting for happy hour watching the sunset behind the massive cactus. We would highly recommend the property and will return again for another winter transition.

This was the best stocked VRBO we’ve stayed in. Enjoyed the amenities, including gas fireplace and hot tub. Check in and out process were super easy.
