We arrived with our family of 5 (3 kids ages 9 - 18). The good: The house is great! Very stylish, with plenty of room to hang out, eat meals and spend some time outside. It's clean, minimalistic, and well appointed. Everything you need in the kitchen, even some basics to get you started. The hosts are kind, very responsive, and responsible. The outside has a little wicker set so we sat outside and read and caught some sun. The youngest enjoyed having some outside space to run around.
The middle:
The 2 rooms with a single bed each are full size beds. The room with 2 beds are 2 queens. Not sure that was clear before, but it worked for us. The house address and the GPS from the site are a little off, so it took us a little bit to figure it out. The dishwasher was broken when we first arrived, but the hosts came to fix it and when they couldn't replaced it the next day (WOW).
The not-so-great: One queen and one full size bed were very comfortable, the others were not so much, so half our party had a tough time sleeping. The house sits on a corner of a somewhat busy street, this didn't bother the heavier sleepers, but the lighter sleepers had a tough time with the outside noises.
Overall we really enjoyed the stay! There is a coffee place within walking distance and a great burrito place around the corner which were great to find on our first morning!
