Minimum stay of 90 days. (January, February, March - and April if you'd need that month as well).

Great location is close to everything - golf courses, Madera Canyon, dining, shopping, yet private. Beautiful tile, panoramic mountain views. Floor to ceiling mirrors in living room. Cozy library. Huge master bedroom (over 400 sq. ft.) with its own sitting area - couch and chair - TV in armoire, and ensuite bathroom with updated shower, 2-person jetted tub, toilet, large walk-in closet and 2 sink vanity.

Granite and stainless kitchen with Kitchenaid double convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, gas stove, center island counter. Split floor plan includes another two bedrooms and another full bath, one bedroom with sofa bed, computer desk, and beautiful bay window overlooking greenery and fountain in private front courtyard. There is a 1/2 guest bathroom as well. 2-1/2 car attached garage. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Plenty of storage.

The pool and spa here are seasonal (summer only). There is a wonderful GVR rec center a few blocks away (a total of 13 in town to choose from) with heated pool, large hot tub, complete fitness center. GVR tenant cards are available.
