They harassed me constantly with baseless accusations and demands for additional payments. The house is clearly not a home anyone has ever lived in or would want to. It’s merely a second property for making passive income, and the owner cares only about getting her paycheck. The photos are deceptive and don’t reflect the reality—it’s like house catfishing. Everything inside is from Goodwill or the clearance aisle of Walmart, and the place was filthy. Everything from the inside of the refrigerator, to the bathroom appliances, and the bedrooms had dirty sheets, making us not want to sit anywhere or even touch anything, and raising serious concerns about where the cleaning fee is going.
Being in the desert, pest control is vital to protect against poisonous bugs like scorpions, of which multiple were present in the house. When notified, the owner showed no care or consideration. The yard also lacked a snake fence, and there was a rattlesnake, yet the owner was indifferent.
