The home sleeps 9 people in beds and one more if choosing the couch. There is also a pack 'n' play for the little one. If you are using this as a work and play space the desk is located in the family room so you aren't missing out on all the fun. Just above the desk is the tablet that controls the heated pool and spa for your stay. There is a water gallon system located in the kitchen. You can choose to pick up the jugs of water if you would like to use it. Water is also located in the refrigerator. The firepit in the backyard requires propane. If you choose to use it you can bring the tank to the local Ace Hardware about 5 minutes away and they can swap it out or fill it for you.
Not everyone wants or needs to heat the pool. Some like a polar plunge! Even with our warm temperatures sometimes you still want that extra warmth in the desert. Please watch your children around the pool at all times. should you want to heat the pool during your stay there will be an additional cost per day. It will be $45 daily for April - October Bookings, and $65 per day for November - March.
The keypad is on the front door. Open unlocked security door to access keypad. Do not lock security door at checkout. There is also garage access. The remote is on the kitchen island. Please leave it there at checkout for the next guest. You will receive your access code via your app or email with a confirmed reservation.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.
Walking paths and park nearby, there are sidewalks. It is a quiet neighborhood. The HOA does ride around so no cars parked in the street overnight. This is NOT a RV friendly neighborhood, there is local parking for the RV at a storage yard nearby.
Most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.
The pool can be operated via tablet on the wall near the back door above the desk. Please leave it plugged in at all times and in its place on the wall. Spa max is 102. The spa will take about 2-3 hours to get to temperature. The pool will take about 24 hours to reach temperature. When the spa is not in use. Please leave pool heated overnight if you are planning on using it for the whole stay. This will help with costs and efficiency. If you have questions please reach out.
Leave beds un-made and place towels in washing machine with door open. All clean towels can be found in each bedroom for guests.
House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails. Pickup is Thursday early morning. Please have out at street Wednesday evening. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup.
No vehicles parked in the street overnight.
Please note: When propane tank is provided guests are required to fill during their stay for use.
Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.
Air conditioning should be turned to 85 degrees at checkout (summer bookings)
Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings)
Do not touch white pool equipment for pool on primary bedroom dresser. Not for TV. Do not touch any pool equipment in the backyard please leave cleaning hose in the pool and connected at all times. Pool will not heat if it is removed.
Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.
Must place covers on all outdoor furniture on patio prior to checkout or when not in use and prior to departure.
Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.
Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.
